Content Marketing: Mock Vuori Campaign

I created this content marketing campaign pitch for a class project. The client was Vuori, a functional activewear and lifestyle brand. My goal here was to convince an audience of Vuori’s need for a content marketing strategy and help them to visualize the results of the campaign. The campaign features both knowledge content and a signature story to elicit customer interaction and loyalty. This project taught me how to consider the various ways a brand can interact with their consumers beyond a sales relationship. I learned how to pitch the client (Vuori) to an advertising agency and how to pitch my resulting idea to the client. This was my favorite project I completed in this class!

Place-Based Branding: Gluten Free In Gainesville

Place-Based Branding develops an audience’s perception of a specific place and its identity. In this project, I created a place-based “walk” experience that takes readers through a day of eating gluten-free in Gainesville, Florida. The goal was to establish a sense of connection to Gainesville through relational branding from a culinary standpoint. Created for a Strategic Communication course, this project taught me how to effectively pitch an execute my own creative ideas. I also learned how to navigate Adobe Express for this project and am proud of my ability to navigate a new platform.

Native Advertising: Gloss on the GO!

This fictional campaign was created for a class project, in which I designed a native advertising plan for successful beauty brand Summer Fridays. The goal was to create a media plan that is intentionally coherent with the content that regularly appears on a specific platform of choice (in this instance, Instagram). I learned how to craft an effective message that aligns with the organizational identity of the brand and communication methods of the consumer. I loved the creative freedom I was given in this project, as I was able to produce all of the media myself! I am now able to actively recognize and analyze native advertising as it appears in my daily life, and would love to do more work with native ads in the future
